Ardys Sofa

Urquiola Patricia
Ardys is the modular sofa designed by Patricia Urquiola for Cassina in 2026. The low profile and soft volumes define an informal aesthetic, recognizable in the deep stitching that marks seats and backs. The system originates from square modules that can be combined through snap joints to create linear, corner, or with chaise longue sofas. The paddings use polyurethane with recycled components and recycled polyester wadding. Textile coverings and numerous color variants complete a project designed to offer relaxed comfort, compositional flexibility, and ease of reconfiguration over time. The Ardys collection also includes an armchair, poufs and coordinated coffee tables in glossy lacquered concrete. The coffee tables can be used freely or integrated into compositions thanks to a padded base. Each element echoes the sofa's soft and modular language, allowing for the organization of complete relaxation areas, consistent in proportions and materials, adaptable to domestic spaces of different sizes.
