VVD is a kitchen with island, bases and open shelving in walnut. Top in green porphyry with integrated sink; load-bearing frame in pewter. Shelves are made of walnut, sides in a special pewter finish. Designed by Vincent Van Duysen, the Hi-Line has handle-less fronts and focuses on contrasting thicknesses between sides and tops. The kitchen is complemented by extractable drawers, open shelving, canisters and storage underneath the tops. Thanks to an aluminium load-bearing frame the kitchen can be easily wall-mounted. Doors are available in a choice of the following finishes: laminate, Fenix®, matt or glossy lacquer, lacquer in a metallic finish, glossy polyester lacquer, various types of wood veneer, stainless steel and "railway" steel.
