Description
Kurage (the word for jellyfish in Japanese) has streamlined long legs and a round body which provides ambient light. The base is made of natural ash wood supporting a diffuser made of washi paper, a fine hand-made Japanese paper derived from the mulberry tree. The result is a light fixture with a tactile feel: its surface is smooth on one side and the other side is rugged.
