Mami is a comprehensive Bourguignonne set (it includes everything you need for simmering, frying and melting). The standard tray and the disc diffuser with burner is completed by a casserole with a long wooden handle, which is available in either stainless steel with a thermal diffuser bottom, typical of Bourguignonne sets, or in ceramic which is perfect for cheese and chocolate fondues. Two different types of forks are available: with two prongs (for meat) and with three prongs (for cheese, chocolate and much more besides). The set is completed by Lazy Susan, a large revolving wooden platform for the entire fondue set, as well small condiment bowl in ceramic and stainless steel.
