Blom is a small sized table lamp designed by the norwegian designer Andreas Engesvik, who is famous for his ability to transform daily use objects in ideas, emotions, suggestion. 24 cm heigh with a 15 cm diameter, Blom is a playful and light object, adaptable, easy to handle and move according to the users’ needs. The name originates from the contraction of the word blomst, flower in norwegian, describing the shape of the lamp with blades similar to petals, recalling the shape of a flower. The amount of light is adjustable thanks to two petals that gently wrap around the diffusor and the rotating of the base, allow to conceal the light flow, making it customizable. Energy saving bulb. Metal base, polycarbonate petals that mantain a burn proof constant temperature. Blom is the perfect object for contemporary living, suitable for the living room table or for a night table. Available in four colours (ruby red, silk grey, pale green and yellow).
