BIFRONTE bedside table. A segment of Ripples, the celebrated bench by Toyo Ito that was awarded with a Compasso D’Oro award in 2004, is used in the creation of a new Horm product. To underline the importance of Ito’s project, the segment was enclosed in a bridge of curved and tempered extra clear glass, which embellishes and “celebrates” it. Bifronte is finished with a chest on wheels which, as the name of this new Horm product suggests, has one side finished in white lacquer and the opposite side in Canaletto Walnut, offering itself as a wildcard suited to varying colour schemes.
