Scarpa Carlo
The Sarpi desk, designed by Carlo Scarpa in 1974, is a conceptual evolution of the renowned Doge table. In this version, intended for more compact workspaces, the formal layout is reinterpreted: the metallic structure is inverted and reduced, yet retains the same geometric rigor and majestic materiality. The wooden surface with visible veining rests on a satin-finished aluminum base, with a sharp and functional architectural profile. Designed for executive environments or representative home offices, this desk is also equipped for electrification, thanks to an integrated cable management system in the center of the desktop, with a concealed hatch. Configurable in various versions, with elegant finishes and precision details, the Sarpi model blends design heritage and modern functionality, becoming a true designer furniture piece. A solution that interprets design as an architectural gesture.
