Description

Marcuso is the table designed by Marco Zanuso Jr. for Zanotta, a project that originated in the Seventies and continues to engage with the present thanks to a clear and structural language. The design is bold yet measured, intended to become a stable part of the living space without losing expressive strength. The composition is both essential and technical at the same time. The thin glass top seems suspended above the structure. It is supported by four tubular legs in stainless steel, visually significant yet balanced in proportions. The legs are detachable and screwed to stainless steel ferrules welded directly to the sheet, a solution that combines constructive precision with formal cleanliness. Marcuso is available in rectangular or square format, in various sizes. The collection also includes the version with a circular top, characterized by a sculptural base formed by three tubulars united on a chromed disk. The name comes from a play on words: it is the acronym of the designer who created it.
