Byobu is a new radiator, designed by Marc Sadler for Antrax IT, inspired by a traditional Japanese decorative screen. Byobu consists of two recycled aluminium elements that move around a central pivot, taking on different and surprising shapes. Byobu is also equipped with a complementary accessory, the ’momoko’, which in Japanese means ’small peach’, or a hook to be fixed to the wall, single or in series, to hang towels or bathrobes. Proposed in both water and electric mode and in the size of 170x38cm, Byobu is also available in the version with a single large heating panel. Byobu can be coated with one of the many colour finishes available in the Antrax IT catalogue. Byobu has been included in the ADI Design Index 2020 selection.
