Ptolomeo Vino is the natural evolution of an icon of contemporary design, reinterpreted as an elegant wine rack. Designed by Bruno Rainaldi, it is born from the same philosophy as Original Ptolomeo: the container retracts to leave full visibility to the contents. In this case, the absolute protagonists are the bottles, which appear suspended in space, transforming labels and glass into decorative elements. The structure develops as an essential and slender metal column, into which discreet supports are integrated, designed to be almost imperceptible. The visual effect is light and scenic, capable of enhancing wine as a cultural as well as a convivial object. Designed for domestic environments but also for contract contexts such as restaurants, hotels, wine bars, and cellars, Ptolomeo Vino combines an exhibition function with formal rigor. Also available in a wall-mounted version, it further amplifies the dialogue between architecture and object, maintaining an elegant, minimal, and strongly recognizable presence. Opinion Ciatti is an Italian design furniture company that creates iconic and conceptual objects, combining project research, manufacturing quality, and a strong expressive identity.
