Joan is the sofa designed by Jean-Marie Massaud for Poliform, a project that focuses on the essence of form and the quality of comfort. The lines are clean, archetypal, designed to withstand the test of time without losing relevance, naturally adapting to contemporary living and representative spaces. The structure combines wood and derivatives with differentiated density polyurethane padding, covered with a pre-cover in cotton canvas and polyester fiber. The backrests in molded flexible polyurethane single-density guarantee continuous and welcoming support, while optional cushions increase the possibility of customizing comfort. The feet in matte brown nickel-finished aluminum casting discreetly lift the volume. Joan is available with removable fabric or leather upholstery; in the fabric version, a grosgrain border in colors from the sample book is provided. The system is completed by integratable tables, either terminal or central, with an MDF structure veneered in ash stained black elm, glossy lacquered or polished steel, reinforcing the idea of a coherent and measured living area.
