Table Tableau

Tableau is a solid wood table born from the recovery and reinterpretation of the material through a strongly graphic language. The top and legs are made of reclaimed wood blocks, obtained from processing scraps, assembled with black resin that becomes a structural element and a distinctive visual feature. The project is inspired by the famous Tableau I by Mondrian, recalling its geometric layout and composition of planes and volumes, translated into a three-dimensional key. The alternation between wood and resin defines a rhythmic surface, where the different tones and veins of the material create an ever-unique design. The structure is solid and coherent, transforming the table into an architectural element capable of interacting with contemporary spaces. Design table, reclaimed wood, contemporary geometry identify a piece of furniture that emphasizes conscious reuse and constructive precision, expressing a synthesis between art, sustainability, and design.
