The Bignè Stool by Iginio Massari arises from the merging of design and gastronomic culture, translating an icon of Italian pastry into a sculptural and recognizable furnishing complement. Made of solid-scented cedar wood crafted from a single block, the compact and rounded volume immediately evokes the shape of the famous bignè, transforming it into an object with a strong symbolic value. The natural material is the absolute protagonist: the cedar, with its veins and characteristic scent, gives uniqueness to each piece. The seat is completed by a padded cushion covered in leather or fabric, designed to ensure comfort and visual continuity with the organic shape of the stool. Designed for residential environments, contract spaces, and representative contexts, the product is also available for outdoor use with a dedicated cover in Patio technical fabric. A project that combines craftsmanship, memory, and contemporary design. Riva1920 is an Italian company specializing in the processing of solid wood, known for its sustainable approach, artisanal quality, and collaborations with internationally renowned designers and creatives.
