Description
Ishi is a sculptural piece that combines visual lightness and material strength. The transparent glass top rests on eleven organically-shaped smoothed wood blocks, of which only six serve as true support points. Made from Lebanese cedar, these natural elements convey warmth, energy, and authenticity. The seemingly random arrangement evokes a zen balance, in homage to the meaning of the Japanese name "Ishi," which refers to the concept of journey and awareness. Designed by Nendo, the coffee table interprets space with poetry and rigor, becoming an iconic piece for environments seeking character and distinction.
