Arkena Armchair

The Arkena armchair, designed by Chiara Viganò for Flou + Natevo, interprets furniture as an architectural gesture capable of dialoguing with the space. The focus of the project is the solid wood armrest-sculpture, a continuous element that envelops the seat and defines its formal identity. The structure develops through variations in thickness and soft joints, creating a fluid and organic composition. This system does not just support but builds a visual presence that is both solid and welcoming. The seat is designed to offer a balance between ergonomics and comfort, transforming the user experience into a moment of natural relaxation.
